PennFab is one of the few large Fabricators with their own in-house full-size engineering department. Our department is dedicated solely to projects being produced or supplied by our own in-house fabrication facility, with a diverse group that includes Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines.
Our team utilizes the most up-to-date software on the market to bring your projects from the drawing board to the real world. With clients spanning across the Eastern seaboard, from the DC region, to the tri-state area of PA, and to the Northeast consisting of NY, Boston and greater New England, our engineering team has worked with clients from all over to bring a diverse array of projects to life!

Whether the project requires electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering, the right software makes all the difference. Our teams’ projects are either designed or detailed utilizing the latest detailing software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and TEKLA Software.
Whether your project is shop-ready, detailing-ready, or is a complete design from the bottom-up, you will find PennFab to be a qualified, trustworthy, and reliable source. All Engineering and detailing is done in accordance with AISC, AWS, ASME, AREMA, ANSI, PennDOT, and other certifications and requirements.
PennFab works with companies looking for dedicated engineering services and fabrication facilities. While we are based in the greater Philadelphia area, our reach does not stop there! Our team serves clients operating in the greater tri-state area of PA, as well as areas of NY and DC. We also work with businesses in the Boston and New England areas.
