Over the last three decades, the PennFab team has grown immensely. With that, our fabrication capabilities have expanded as well. Between our AWS D1.1 and D1.5 certified welders and our automated fabrication equipment, PennFab has everything we need to complete nearly every step of the process in-house.
Our array automated machines are capable of performing commercial welding, cutting, beveling, drilling, milling, tapping, part-marking, punching, forming, and bending with precision. By pairing the efficiency of these automated processes with the training of our welding, engineering, and fabrication experts, PennFab offers a custom finished product which not only meets, but exceeds expectations.

Safety & Quality
When you’re responsible for handling heavy machinery and producing large structures, there is no question that safety must sit at the top of your priorities list. At PennFab, we take safety incredibly seriously. This applies not just to those working at our facilities, but anyone who may come in contact with one of our finished structures out in the world. We ensure nothing short of certainty when it comes to the safety of our products. We have an in-house certified weld inspector (CWI) and utilize third-party non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure welds meet required specifications.
While other fabricators and manufacturers look to cut corners to increase efficiency, and reduce costs, PennFab upholds rigorous record keeping and strict adherence to customer specifications without sacrificing the quality of our work.
